UK Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Standard 1st Class which can be upgraded to 1st Class Signed For at Checkout. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE UK)

We ship to all European Union Countries, the USA, Canada, Australia,South Africa, Iceland, Norway, Gibraltar, Monaco and Switzerland.

All International Orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard.

But you can upgrade to a Tracked Service at Checkout if required.

Choosing a Tracked Service MAY speed up your delivery by 1 or 2 days, however, this is not guaranteed but it will help you to keep track of where your parcel is.

Once dispatched, it will take approximately 7 Business days (excludes Weekends and Holidays) to reach your destination country plus local onward delivery which will take another 2 to 3 Business days depending on your location. However, deliveries can take longer due to Customs or other unforeseen delays with deliveries in your country, weather, strikes etc so please bear that in mind when ordering. We can take NO responsibility for items being delayed and we CANNOT provide a tracking number if this was not purchased at Checkout when placing your order.

ALL DESTINATIONS

1. If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered for whatever reason, we can resend it but additional postage charges will apply.

2.All orders are dispatched from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are levied once the parcel has reached its destination country. These additional charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot give any indication as to what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country and in some cases, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages. If you have any questions related to customs charges, we would advise you to contact your local customs office.

3. PLEASE NOTE: By placing an order with T-Shirt Generators, you are accepting responsibility for original shipping charges, any applicable customs charges and the cost of returning your item (should you choose to do so) to T-Shirt Generators. This will still apply should you decide to refuse the parcel at delivery.

LOST PARCELS

UK
Parcels are not deemed lost until 10 Working Days after expected delivery date have past

EUROPE
Parcels are not deemed lost until 20 Working Days after expected delivery date have past

REST OF THE WORLD
Parcels are not deemed lost until 25 Working Days after expected delivery date have past.

After these dates have past we will file an insurance claim for a lost parcel and a refund can only be issued once the claim has been closed. In the meantime, should your parcel be returned to us either because an incorrect delivery address has been provided or you have failed to collect it from your local Post/Delivery Office, or you have refused to accept the Parcel on delivery, absolutely no refund can be given. Should you wish us to resend the parcel you will need to pay shipping costs for re-delivery.


WHAT TO DO IF YOU THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PARCEL BY NOW

If you feel your parcel is taking a long time to arrive (and you have not purchased a tracked service) it is worth checking the following first before getting in touch:

1. Speak to all your Neighbors. Someone may have taken the parcel in but forgotten to notify you

2. Check any so called 'safe places' such as the Shed, Bins, Garage, and hidden areas that would be accessible by an outsider. Delivery Personnel often leave items in such places.

3. Double check with everyone who lives in your abode as they may have accepted the parcel and forgotten to tell you or put it out of view.

You may feel this to be silly but all of the above has happened before and I do speak from experience.

Refunds

RETURNS

All our Items are Made to Order, whether customized or not and are therefore FINAL. This means that they are not returnable or refundable unless they are deemed faulty or we have made a mistake. This includes all Seasonal Items such as for Halloween, Christmas, Valentines, Mothers Day & Fathers Day. For this reason we urge you to thoroughly read our sizing guides which are available in each listing to ensure you order the correct size of garment or item of your choice. If unsure please contact us to discuss before purchasing.

Once payment has been received you can still cancel or change your order but you must do so within 2 hours of placing your order by notifying us via ETSY CONVO. This is the most effective way to reach us. Beyond this time frame we cannot guarantee any changes can be made as we may have already started to process your order. Orders can still be cancelled after this time but no refund can be made if the order has already started to be processed.

FAULTY GOODS

We do hope this will never happen, however, we are only human so if you have received faulty goods or we have made a mistake then please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your goods. and if possible take photographs of the damage or error. We cannot accept any claims for faulty goods if they are used, worn or in any way tampered with and we cannot accept any consequential losses relating to the purchase of these goods.

We will of course send you out a replacement as soon as possible or if you prefer, refund you the item cost plus original shipping costs, excluding any incurred customs charges, as soon as we have received the item back. However, we are unable to refund any Express or Priority Shipping Services you may have chosen to return the item. You should retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during transit.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

If you have purchased a Custom Order Design e.g. a T-Shirt with your own slogan, please ensure that all necessary information has been provided in order to make the design such as your font choice or design option (see individual listing details). Missing information will lead to delays. A Mockup of your design will be then sent to you for approval before printing, please look out for that in your Etsy Account to avoid delays.

It is the buyers responsibility to carefully check the Mockup for any spelling or other text errors as once approved it will not be checked again and errors will be the responsibility of the buyer. In this case no refunds can be made or returns accepted.

Simple Custom Designs such as Names, Word Changes or Dates on Baby Grows etc will not be sent for approval as designs will be as per the Listing Example. Please ensure that Names and Dates are spelled correctly as we cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect details provided.

SIZE GUIDES

Detailed sizing information is provided in each Product Listing. Please check those carefully before ordering as there can be no returns or refunds for incorrect sizes chosen. Please do not assume that if you usually take a size L you should purchase the same size as garments vary in style and fit and are not the same across the board. If you are unsure as to what size to choose, please contact us first. We are only too happy to assist to make sure you get it right.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Please note that due to the nature of each item being handmade variations in colour, size and position of designs are unavoidable and add to the uniqueness of an item.

Garment sizes are approximate and for guidance only.

Colour representation is only as accurate as the web design process allows and varies depending on individual computer monitor settings.

In the event that an item is out of stock we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or higher value with similar features to the purchased listing. We will never send you an item that is not comparable. The chosen design or print colour will never change without your prior agreement.

CARE GUIDE

For all clothing please follow these guidelines.

Max 40 degree wash. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Iron on reverse only, never directly over the design.
